Meet Allison:
Hi, I'm Allison.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, parent, and former school counselor with a passion for helping children, teens, parents, and women navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, exploring difficult emotions, and developing tools that create meaningful change. I believe therapy works best when there is a strong connection between therapist and client, and
I value building relationships that are grounded in trust, authenticity, and compassion.Over the years, I have worked in schools, community mental health settings, addiction treatment programs, and private practice. These experiences have shaped my understanding of the many different ways anxiety, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges can impact individuals and families.
Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, my goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered as you move toward the life you want to create.
Meet Webber!
One of the most beloved members of my practice is Webber, my gentle and affectionate therapy dog. Webber was raised through the Canine Companions program and has a natural gift for helping people feel comfortable, safe, and welcomed. Whether he is greeting clients at the door, resting quietly nearby, or offering a comforting nudge, Webber helps create a calm and supportive environment. Many children, teens, and adults find that his presence helps ease anxiety, lowers stress, and makes it easier to engage in the therapy process.
For some clients, Webber is a source of comfort during difficult conversations. For others, he helps make therapy feel less intimidating and more approachable. While interaction with Webber is always optional, many clients look forward to seeing him and consider him an important part of their therapy experience.
